How your assessments are arranged
When purchasing, you will be asked to enter your preferred examination date.
This will normally be treated as your preferred date for your Reading assessment.
Your preferred date is subject to availability and is not confirmed at the point of purchase.
After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation and will be asked to complete our Functional Skills Exam Booking Form.
Clarence Green College will then process your registration and assessment arrangements.
Reading and Writing are arranged separately through remote invigilation. Once these examinations are booked, you will receive the relevant Highfield confirmation and assessment instructions.
Your Speaking, Listening & Communication assessment will be arranged separately by Clarence Green College, and we will contact you directly to agree a suitable date and time.

We recommend booking your online exam at least 48 hours before your preferred examination date to allow sufficient time for candidate registration and remote-invigilation arrangements. Earlier booking is encouraged where possible, and all preferred dates are subject to availability.
