How your assessments are arranged

When purchasing, you will be asked to enter your preferred examination date.

This will normally be treated as your preferred date for your Reading assessment.

Your preferred date is subject to availability and is not confirmed at the point of purchase.

Clarence Green College will contact you after your booking has been processed to confirm your assessment arrangements.

Your Reading and Writing assessments will take place face-to-face at an examination venue arranged by Clarence Green College.

Your Speaking, Listening & Communication assessment will be completed live online through Microsoft Teams or Zoom and will be arranged separately.

What happens after booking

After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation and will be asked to complete our Functional Skills Exam Booking Form.

Once we have received your completed booking information, we will arrange your:

• Reading assessment date, time and venue

• Writing assessment date, time and venue

• Speaking, Listening & Communication assessment date and online joining arrangements

Please bring valid photographic identification with you when attending your face-to-face Reading and Writing assessments.
